I reserve the right to decline any commission order.

Prices are subject to change based on demand.
PAYMENT

Payment details are send by mail along with an invoice.

Half of the price should be paid immediately after finalizing the order.

I will not start to work unless half the price is paid

Rest of the Price amount should be paid after the low resolution image is delivered.
DELIVERY

The time to finish the work may vary from 1 week to 1 month based on factors like health, complexity of work, other works etc.

You will be provided with a high resolution PNG and a web friendly image.

You get three rounds of changes on the piece.

A fee will be charged if you want to make changes to the final drawing.
COPYRIGHT

I reserve all the rights to the art work.

I have the right to post online the commissioned work.

I will not have the right to make further profit unless the customer breaks any terms.

I reserve the right to decline an order and refund at anytime for any reason.

The customer should not use the commissioned art for any commercial purpose.

You do not have any right to alter the content without the artist's consent.

You have the right to post online.

The customer cannot make any profit by reselling, distribution etc. out of the commissioned work.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Once I start working on the piece, there will not be any refund on the commission if you cancel the order.

If I am unable start the commission, you will get full refund.

You get drafts, mockups and initial sketches. You should decide which one to continue with.

Sketches, final sketches which you should accept before I start.

You get a high resolution PNG image with a 300DPI and also a web friendly image upon completion.
